Ingredients

  • ½ box of Banza Chickpea Pasta, or any pasta
  • ⅓ – ½ cup Empasta Mac N' Cheese Sauce
  • 1 scoop Ora Easy Being Green
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta as the package instructs.
  2. As the pasta is cooking, warm the olive oil in a saute pan and toss in the tomatoes with a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Cook on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, or until the skin of the tomatoes blister.
  4. Warm the pasta sauce in a medium saute pan and mix in a scoop of the Ora Easy Being Green powder.
  5. Once the pasta noodles have finished cooking, toss into the pasta sauce and mix well.
  6. Plate with the blistered tomatoes
  7. Enjoy!
