Made from the fermented juice of crushed organic apples, these Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Pills contain 500mg of organic apple cider vinegar extract.
To help support your body's natural detox reaction to unwanted toxins, we've also included organic milk thistle and organic lemon - both found to be high in antioxidants.
Last but not least, organic black pepper extract is also included in this product to aid in the absorption of the acetic acid (the active ingredient in apple cider vinegar.) Sounds like an Appley Ever After!
ACV Pills vs Liquid?
Perhaps you’ve been brave enough to try apple cider vinegar in liquid form before? Taking ACV in pill form also bypasses the nasty burning taste and replaces it with a fresh apple aroma.
By taking apple cider vinegar in tablet form over liquid, you're also preventing erosion of tooth enamel from acetic acid. Just a little something to smile about.
30 servings, 60 tablets (1 month supply).
- What does it do?
- Apple cider vinegar has been known to assist the body in its detox reaction to unwanted toxins and for helping maintain healthy weight levels.
It's always good to be wary of anything promising to magically reduce your waistline. However, while it’s certainly not magic (#science), there are some studies that show ACV could actually help lose weight.
How Does Apple Cider Vinegar Support Weight Loss?
One study in humans showed weight loss that was dose-dependent and increased throughout the duration of the study. The group taking a higher dose of liquid apple cider vinegar saw a larger drop in weight than the lower dosage group. Both groups actually regained some weight once they stopped their ACV intake after the study concluded.
Studies also show vinegar helps slow the speed at which glucose (sugar) enters the blood, and could help lower high glucose levels and insulin secretion. (It’s important to note that ACV won't reduce glucose blood absorption overall, but only slow its absorption over time.)

Organic Black Pepper
Black pepper is native to south India and is the fruit of the black pepper plant from the Piperaceae family. It's used as both a spice and a medicine. Piperine is the chemical in black pepper that is responsible for the fruit's spiciness!
Organic Tapioca Starch
Tapioca is a starch extracted from the Cassava root, native to South America. It is used in a wide array of South American and Asian cooking, but it is also a good prebiotic, being naturally high in dietary fiber.
Lemon is a great source of Vitamin C, but has also been recently found to help with suppressing weight gain due to the high number of polyphenol antioxidants in them.
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Extract
Fermentation is key to the health benefits of apple cider vinegar. To get ACV, Apple cider is fermented by yeast and bacteria which turns the sugars into alcohol. A second fermentation process converts the alcohol into acetic acid. ACV has been shown to lower cholesterol, decrease blood glucose levels, and supports weight loss.
Organic Milk Thistle Seed Extract
Milk Thistle is a herb that contains active ingredients collectively referred to as Silymarins. These compounds have cytoprotective properties for the liver, pancreas, kidney & brain - a fancy way of saying they protect cells against toxins and free radicals.,,
Organic Tapioca Maltodextrin
Maltodextrin has been studied to improve the microencapsulation and shelf life of nutrients, creating a more effective and nutrient rich end product. Unlike other forms of maltodextrin that are made from GMO corn or wheat treated with heat and acids, Ora starts with organic, non-GMO tapioca and uses a natural water based enzyme process to create organic tapioca maltodextrin. Not only is this more sustainable, but it also ensures no corn, wheat or gluten is in the end product.

Where are the ingredients sourced from?
We source ingredients from North America and Europe whenever possible and only use the highest quality plant-based food that has been certified USDA Organic. Many of the ingredients are native to South America or Asia and are best grown there. Others are seasonal and better quality ingredients can be found in other parts of the world depending on the time of year.
Why should I take Apple Cider Vinegar?
Apple cider vinegar has a laundry list of benefits to its name. Weight management (by increasing your satiety) and diabetes management (by lowering blood sugar levels) are among the most studied. Vinegar can also fight infections, both bacterial and viral. Overall, it's is one of the most holistic supplements you can include in your diet.
Who shouldn't take Apple Cider Vinegar?
Folks who have been diagnosed with gastroparesis should consult their doctor before taking an apple cider vinegar supplement. ACV can delay stomach emptying. For people with an already slow digestive tract, ACV can slow digestive motility even further.
While apple cider vinegar has been shown to lower and regulate blood sugar levels, diabetics who are already taking blood sugar medication should consult their doctor before adding a vinegar tablet into their regimen.
Safe for pregnancy?
While there are no studies that explicitly warn against the use of apple cider vinegar during pregnancy, there is also an insufficient amount of evidence to recommend it.
For that reason, pregnant women should consult their doctor before taking apple cider vinegar tablets. However, it’s suggested that ACV can promote a healthy pregnancy by providing an antimicrobial environment for the fetus. It may also ease acid reflux in pregnant mothers.
Safe for breastfeeding?
ACV may help aid digestion, ease bloating, and support weight loss.* However, while there are no studies that explicitly warn against the use of apple cider vinegar during breastfeeding, there is also an insufficient amount of evidence to recommend it. For that reason, breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking apple cider vinegar tablets.
Safe for kids?
We always recommend that you consult your doctor before making ACV a staple in your child’s routine. However, apple cider vinegar can offer a wealth of benefits for kiddos. Primarily, ACV can help boost the immune system by fighting off infections, specifically yeast infections, and helping to fend off colds. ACV can also provide a boost of essential minerals, helping to supplement your little one’s diet.
How big are the tablets?
We’ve created our ACV tablets to be an easy addition to your diet and daily routine. We hate the feeling of swallowing horse pills, so we’ve made these tablets smaller than an Advil and easy for a kiddo to swallow. However, if you’d rather not swallow pills, our ACV tablets dissolve well in hot tea and can also be blended into your favorite smoothie.
Will this make me lose weight?
Science backs the ability of apple cider vinegar to support weight loss. Alongside a conscious diet, ACV can do this in a few different ways. Primarily, ACV slows gastric emptying, which means your digestion slows and you feel fuller longer. This can lead to a reduced calorie intake and, ultimately, weight loss. ACV has also been shown to reduce overall body fat percentage, specifically burning belly fat.
Is there a benefit to taking tablets over drinking ACV?
Apple cider vinegar is incredibly acidic and, when taken in its liquid form, can decay the enamel on your teeth.
At its most concentrated liquid form (and if misused or overused), apple cider vinegar could burn the inside of your mouth and esophagus. The potency of ACV is what makes it so effective as a supplement. However, it can be quite damaging to drink it straight. Taking your apple cider vinegar in a tablet form may help reduce the risk of experiencing these side effects.
Is this apple cider vinegar pasteurized and filtered?
Yes, our ACV tablets are pasteurized and filtered. This process ensures the safest apple cider vinegar for you and your family.
Does your ACV tablet contain the “mother”?
Because we’ve chosen to pasteurize and filter our apple cider vinegar (in order to produce the safest product), the “mother” is likely filtered out of our final product. When it comes to vinegar, the “mother” refers to the strands of enzymes and bacteria that give unfiltered vinegar their murky appearance. However, apple cider vinegar with “mother” are often unpasteurized, which brings a much higher chance of contracting a foodborne illness.
Are there any side effects?
Because apple cider vinegar may slow the emptying of your stomach, some people can experience bloating, gas, or constipation. Make sure to consult your doctor before making apple cider vinegar a part of your daily routine.
