  • Overview
  • Lady Bugs is a probiotic for women, designed to support vaginal health with the right kind of lady bugs: vaginal probiotics.

Probiotics do more than just support digestive health. They have been shown in studies to support mood, immune, and yes - even vaginal health!1

Our blend of six strains of Lactobacillus in Lady Bugs contains probiotics for vaginal health, studied for their ability to support healthy vaginal flora.

Probiotics are more effective with a good prebiotic for fuel. A prebiotic is a special type of soluble fiber that is used by the good bacteria. Lady Bugs contains the organic prebiotic, Jerusalem Artichoke Inulin.

As with all of our products this probiotic is 100% vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, non-GMO and contains no artificial ingredients.

    30 servings, 60 capsules (1 month supply).

  • What does it do?
  • Lady Bugs promotes optimal vaginal health by supporting a balanced flora and microbiome. A healthy balance of vaginal probiotics can offer protection against an overgrowth of opportunistic pathogens, like candida.

This unique blend of strains of probiotics for vaginal health provides happy bacteria that can increase the presence of Lactobacilli, a bacterium that typically dominates a healthy vaginal microbiome.

Lactobacilli (a type of probiotic), like Lactobacillus rhamnosus, have been studied for their ability to restore the vaginal environment after a round of antibiotics that can throw your flora out of balance.1

The right balance of vaginal probiotics can also keep the bad bugs from taking over.

Another common vaginal health-promoting strain we included is Lactobacillus crispatus. When present in healthy levels, this probiotic strain is known to recycle and heal epithelial cells (cells found on surfaces in the body), specifically in the urinary tract.2

  • Directions
  • Take 2 capsules with a meal (or within 30 minutes of one). It doesn’t matter what time of day you take your probiotic, but make sure to take it every day at the same time.
