USPS typically holds packages for 15 days. If the addressee (you!) does not claim the package at the end of this period, then the package is returned to the sender (us!).

Subscribers can skip shipments, delay shipments, and even switch up their orders as often as desired without penalty. Rest assured, you’re only charged when your order processes and ships. Orders with standard shipping generally deliver within 3-5 business days after it’s been shipped. DHL takes these orders the first half of the way and USPS delivers to your door.
Orders with expedited shipping travel from warehouse to doorstep with UPS, and generally deliver within 2-3 days. Note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days to process and, generally, 7-10 business days to deliver. Your order will start off its journey with DHL, then be delivered by Canada Post.

Returns and Refunds
We craft our supplements with the intention of being beneficial to your health as well as your taste buds and it’s of the utmost importance to us that you enjoy using them. We mean business on this one. If you’re at all dissatisfied with your product, send us an email at email@example.com within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. This policy applies to the first bottle you purchase of each product.
If you are unhappy with your first purchase for any reason, please reference our refund policy FAQ above (we take our satisfaction guarantee seriously!) and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get your refund going.
For any unopened products purchased from our website within 60 days, we accept returns to our warehouse in exchange for a full refund. Simply email us at email@example.com to begin the process. In your email, please your order number, confirmation that your product is entirely unopened, and the reason for your return. Please note that we do not supply pre-paid return labels and ask that our customers handle the shipping fee back to us.
