2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup banana chunks
⅓ cup oat milk/water
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp Break It Down Pineapple Powder
1 tbsp Good As Gold Powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp grated ginger
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the smoothie has reached a creamy consistency.
- Add an extra ⅓ cup water or milk e or coconut yogurt if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple slices. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top if desired.
