Spiced Pineapple Smoothie

Share

Salty and sweet, step aside. The ultimate flavor combo is here: Spicy and sweet.

Coming in hot for team spicy: cinnamon and ginger! Each has their own anti-inflammatory properties and blood sugar benefits.

Standing 8 inches tall, coming in at 2 pounds, pineapple is MVP of the sweet team. Pineapple, alongside our Break It Down digestive enzyme powder make for the perfect gut health boost. We also added Good as Gold for an even larger antioxidant and anti-inflammatory boost, for good measure (and taste!).

Maple syrup is another sweet player in this recipe. Did you know maple syrup contains up to 24 different antioxidants? We won’t blame you if you add an extra tablespoon (or two)…

Whip this one up for that special mix of sweet and heat.
