2 cups frozen bananas
½ cup pumpkin puree
⅓ cup rolled oats
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp So lean & so clean – Vanilla Chai
1 tbsp Good as gold – turmeric powder
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the smoothie has reached a creamy consistency.
- Pour smoothie into a cup and top with your favorites (crushed pecans, cinnamon, and coconut whipped cream are my go-to for this smoothie)
