Gut Health Shot 3 Ways

Share

Introducing the modern wellness interpretation of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. We’ve got three gut health shots for you to give a whirl. And, we want to know which one you like best so you know where to find us (psst!, check for the chat button below).

Because each of these recipes contains one serving of our beloved Trust your gut powder, we’d recommend keeping your personal daily dose in mind when giving Goldilocks a run for her money. We know, we know, you’re eager to try them all… but if you normally only take one scoop a day, we don’t recommend making and downing all three in one day!

If you’re bored of your usual mix of Trust your gut powder with plain ol’ water, look no further than your three new options below. Gut health may not be the topic of every dinner party (but if it is, let’s hang out sometime!) but it doesn’t have to be boring.

If you’re looking for a new favorite way to whip up Trust your gut, these recipes are a real “pick your pick-me-up”. Go forth and conquer that porridge, er, probiotics.

Benefits

  • Trust your gut

We called it that for a reason! Our probiotic powder contains some of the most clinically documented and acid-resistant probiotic strains in the world, along with crucial prebiotics which serve as fuel for probiotics. They help the good bacteria thrive in your gut so your probiotics work smarter, not harder. 😉
