Cherry Lavender Smoothie with Probiotics

This is one seriously refreshing ice-cold fruit smoothie. Remember when you would run outside in the sprinkler in the summer sunshine to cool off? That’s how we feel after drinking one of these smoothies!

This plant-based recipe is perfect for a cooling post-workout treat or as frozen popsicles for the little ones. If you try it out, share it with us on Instagram #madewithora!

Some recent studies have also found that cherries can potentially “…improve sleep, cognitive function, and recovery from pain after strenuous exercise”(1), making this smoothie with cherries the perfect post-workout treat!
