Create

1 cup almond milk

2 generous scoops of vanilla coconut yogurt

3 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 scoop of Ora Renewable Energy – Ceremonial Matcha pre-workout powder

1 scoop of Ora Aloe gorgeous – Vanilla

1 tbsp maple syrup, optional 

Top with fresh fruit + coconut flakes

    Directions

    1. Add all the ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl
    2. Stir well with a whisk until combined
    3. Store in the fridge for at least 3 hours – come back every hour to mix once more
    4. Once ready, serve in a bowl with fresh fruit and whatever topping you’d like.
    5. Enjoy!
