PRODUCT SCIENCE

Why are the vitamin and mineral quantities such weird numbers?

Our multivitamins are derived from organic, plant-based food. Each food contains a variety of nutrients and mixing the foods and different nutrient profiles sometimes creates odd numbers. Our formulations are reviewed by our nutrition council to ensure we are supplying adequate amounts of each organic vitamin and mineral to supplement your diet.

What is different between the men’s and women’s multi?

Men and women need different amounts of each vitamin and mineral according to the Institute of Medicine. Our Nutrition Council has reviewed our formulation to ensure men and women are getting the proper nutrition with our Organic Multivitamin.

The multivitamin contains iron, is it okay to take for postmenopausal women?

Even after menopause, women continue to lose iron through normal bodily functions. Iron intake is still important on a daily basis and Ora’s plant-based nutrients ensure a natural source of iron instead of the synthetic iron supplements of other brands.
