What form does the probiotic come in and how do I use it?
The organic probiotics with organic prebiotics come in USDA Organic capsules and can be swallowed whole or easily opened by separating the two capsule ends and sprinkled into food or drinks to be consumed.
What’s the best time of day to take the probiotic?
Probiotics are best taken just before or with a meal.
How should I store the product?
The product is shelf stable even after being opened. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, sunlight and fluctuations in temperature.
What’s the serving size?
Two capsules per serving.
How many servings does this contain?
There are 30 servings (60 capsules) per bottle.

Does Ora offer samples of the probiotic?

Why should I take a probiotic?

Is there yeast in this product?
There is no yeast in the product.
Does this product need to be refrigerated?
No need for refrigeration. Similar to active dry yeast used in baking, our probiotics are freeze dried so they survive without the need for refrigeration.
I put them in the fridge, did I kill them?
Not at all! Refrigeration is A-okay! Do not freeze the probiotics however.
What is the capsule made out of?
The USDA Organic capsule is made out of pullulan which is a food starch produced by a mushroom-like fungus.
Where are the ingredients sourced from?
We source ingredients from North America and Europe whenever possible and only use the highest quality plant-based food that has been certified USDA Organic. Some of the ingredients are native to South America or Asia and are best grown there. Others are seasonal and better quality ingredients can be found in other parts of the world depending on the time of year.
