Pea protein is a very high-quality plant-based protein source and contains all nine essential amino acids.[1] Plus, it’s the most sustainable way to get protein! Pea crops can provide soil with important nutrients and maintain a high protein and fiber content.

Like pea protein, rice protein is a sufficient source of plant-based protein and contains a high amount of many essential amino acids. Because rice is primarily made up of carbohydrates, it’s also a great way to fuel your body.

Cranberries are rich in flavonoids, vitamin C, phytonutrients, and antioxidants.[1],[2],[3]

A great source of the protein tryptophan that helps the brain produce serotonin. Also high in fiber and Omega fatty acids.

Hemp is a great source of protein and omega fatty acids. It’s also more easily digested than meat, cheese or whey protein varieties.[1]

Protein Strawberry Overnight Oats Partfait
  1. What you'll need:

    ⅔ cup gluten-free oats
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
    2 tbsp nut butter
    1 cup oat milk (or nut milk of choice)
    Maple syrup to taste
    1 small coconut milk-based yogurt for layering (we use our fave: Coyo)
    Fresh strawberries
  2. Combine all dry ingredients (gluten-free oats, chia seeds, protein powder) in a glass container and mix well. Add nut butter and oat milk and mix until consistent.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 4-5 hours.
  4. Split oats into two even portions at the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Add a layer of fresh chopped strawberries, followed by a layer of coconut yogurt, then an additional sprinkle of strawberries on top. Enjoy!
Pear & Vanilla Chai Protein Smoothie
  1. What you'll need:

    2 frozen bananas
    1 ripe pear
    1 scoop Ora Organic Vanilla Chai Protein Powder
    2 tsp almond butter
    Dash of cinnamon
    ¼ - ⅓ cup almond milk
    Handful of ice
  2. Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Tip: Add or reduce the amount of almond milk used for your desired consistency-less for a thicker smooth, more for a more liquid smoothie
  4. Transfer to a jar and enjoy!
