You know that feeling after you brush your teeth, when your mouth is just refreshing AF? Well: this is better than that. Ginger, carrot, and apple bring this smoothie together in one light zing of flavor. There's no better way to cool down and zen out on a summer's afternoon.
- ¼ cup carrot juice (about ¼ lb of carrots, juiced)
- ¼ cup apple juice
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (about a ¼ inch knob, peeled)
- 1 scoop Easy Being Green
- Combine all ingredients in your favorite blender.
- Blend 'til smooth!
