Sometimes your diet just needs a good dose of color!
Thanks to a collaboration with Best of Vegan, this Superfood Smoothie is packed with color, protein and a whole 'lotta health! Here's everything you need to recreate this beauty at home:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 2 cups coconut water
- 2 scoops of our Organic Superfood Protein
- For the pink layer:
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- For the green layer:
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- In a high speed blender, blend all the base ingredients until smooth.
- Set 2/3 of it aside and blend the other 1/3 with the cranberries.
- Pour the pink smoothie into jars, layer with half of what’s left of the base.
- Blend the rest with the spinach and add the final green layer.
