Banana Coconut Smoothie

Every now and then we need a little something to transport us to a tropical climate. If you’re inclined to indulge in a sickly sweet piña colada or strawberry daiquiri to take you there, you’re bound to leave your body a little worse for the wear.

I love this green smoothie because it can take you to those sandy beaches whilst keeping you grounded and energized for your work day.

Here’s how to make it:




  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Ora’s Way Better Than Whey protein powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 1 organic banana
  • 1 handful of organic spinach
  • 1 ½ tbsp organic coconut manna


Put all ingredients into a blender. 
Blend on high until smooth!
