Fruity Ginger Immune Booster Tea

This ginger lemon tea is perfect for the sniffles and that sore throat. With 200mg of Organic Vitamin C added to it, you're giving your body some useful nutrients and supporting your immune system.
- Juice from ½ a lemon
- 1cm knob of ginger (peeled and sliced thin)
- 1 - 1 ½ cups of hot water
- 1 Organic Vitamin C Powder sachet
- 1 - 2 tsp organic maple syrup
- Pour hot water into cup/teapot
- Add juice from lemon
- Stir in Vitamin C Powder (mix thoroughly)
- Add ginger
- Add 1-2 tsp of maple syrup depending on your sweet tooth
- Steep ginger for a few minutes then remove
- Drink up!
