Fruity Ginger Immune Booster Tea

This ginger lemon tea is perfect for the sniffles and that sore throat. With 200mg of Organic Vitamin C added to it, you're giving your body some useful nutrients and supporting your immune system.

Ingredients
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • 1cm knob of ginger (peeled and sliced thin)
  • 1 - 1 ½ cups of hot water
  • 1 Organic Vitamin C Powder sachet
  • 1 - 2 tsp organic maple syrup 
Directions
  1. Pour hot water into cup/teapot
  2. Add juice from lemon
  3. Stir in Vitamin C Powder (mix thoroughly)
  4. Add ginger
  5. Add 1-2 tsp of maple syrup depending on your sweet tooth
  6. Steep ginger for a few minutes then remove 
  7. Drink up!
